Author of 'Creative Cooking with Confidence' cookbook, available for purchase in Angus & Robertson and Dymocks bookstores. My love for food goes beyond merely eating it - food allows you to be social and creative. For three years I was on air with a regular segment "Go Gourmet" on Michael Keelan's Week-End, Adelaide Radio 5AA. I designed and presented new recipes for this popular program.

BUSINESS CONSULTANT:
I am a promotions and marketing consultant with products and services for leading South Australian & national companies. I have designed and styled food for national companies which included printed recipe booklets & brochures for major supermarket promotions.

HOST AND EVENTS CO-ORDINATOR: I am a girl with many hats. One of the many hats I am passionate about is host, presenter and functions co-ordinator for corporate companies.
I have also hosted and presented cooking demonstrations at major events and conventions which have included my participation in organizing cooking workshops for the Home Economics Institute of Australia Inc. National Conference.

More recently, I presented recipes for Real Organics Norwood cooking segments with Troy Gray and his week-end variety show "Feeling Good" on Channel 9.

BUSINESS LUNCHEON CLUB OWNER & HOST: In July 2002 I created Lunch with Sue Redman Business Luncheons. I saw that there was a need for a 'variety show' styled luncheon that could offer a fun, relaxing and positive business environment. Lunch with Sue Redman has over 130 business luncheon club members with approximately 70/80 attending each luncheon. Our Christmas shows are always a sell out with over 130 guests.

BEAUTY AND THE BEAST BUSINESS LUNCHEON CLUB: Launched in March 2005 and has continued to grow successfully. This boutique luncheon was designed for business women to network their businesses in a wonderful, fun and positive atmosphere. Like the TV show, we have a guest Beast who is a successful businessman as our speaker and for the privilege of dining with the Beauties he is asked to bring a gift for all Beauties on the day.
