Honey Mustard Mayonnaise

Honey Mustard Mayonnaise

250g bottle of traditional Heinz mayonnaise

2 level teaspoons French Mustard

4 teaspoons Sweetened spice vinegar

2 table spoons of honey

2 teaspoons caster sugar


Pour mayonnaise into a small jug. Add mustard, vinegar, honey and caster sugar stirring well after each addition.

This mayonnaise is a wonderful tantalising dressing for all types of salads. Pour a small amount over the salad and toss. Add more to taste.

Drizzle over your favourite filling in a baguette, serve as a dipping sauce for prawn, mayo curry eggs and delicious for a potato salad.

Keeps for up to 4 weeks refrigerated. Enjoy!
